Im 72 kilos (11.7 stone). That's heavy for my height (5ft) but I know I don't look heavy. Most of my weight comes from muscular legs and arms with the exception of my flabby belly. Me and my sister are going to do a indian dance and it should be completed by 6 weeks. But for the dance to look good, I need the body for it Most of me is ok but I want to target the belly more since I'm going to be showing it a lot in the dance. I go to the gym, but my workout isn't doing much for my belly. It's just doing the arms, legs and thighs. Is there a workout I can do at home (to save money) that will flatten my stomach within the next few weeks?

Lose belly fat fast?!!! How?

Okay so i weigh 117 pounds.
Is that bad?
And its only my stomach i have problems with,like i see it with every top i were (grrz!)
and im 12

this is what i eat

BREAKFAST: a bagels or roll and iced tea or hot tea
LUNCH: pizza or chicken cookie, milk
DINNER: either spaghetti, pizza, fish, chicken, etc. anything like that

and i try not to snak help me fine away to get this belly fat awayy plz

I'm 15, male. All i have is belly fat, nowehre else on my body, but some toning won't hurt. i can only workm out at home, for reasons i'd rather not share. i cant even go for a run or bike ride or anything, and won't b able to for a while. i have light and heavy dumbbells. can u please give me a workout i can do at home in order to lose my belly fat, and put on more muscle. How do you lose belly fat fast?

like i drinkk water when i eat and my friends say that if you do that it makes your stomachh big
so i guess its actually that problemm because usually i dont eat alot, but i eat fast food sometimes
and i cant really control my diet and everything because i eat asian food.
and i wanna lose belly fat but im not sure if its belly fat or not. my friends says say if i drink water with a meal that causes your stomachh to get bigger
im not sure if its true or not because i do that alot and my tum tum is big
and i cant really change my diet/ meal

so can you give me a wayy that i can lose my belly fat without changing my diet?

I really need to lose my belly fat. My belly is the only place that has quite a bit of fat. I want to be able to see a difference in 2 weeks. Probably not a HUGE difference, but maybe a tiny difference. I heard that sit-ups only help build muscle, not burn fat. I want something I can do in my house to lose the fat… But remember, I said that it's my belly, not my legs, or arms or anything that needs a work out. Is there really anything possible to lose weight fast, inside my house? I'm guessing no… but help!
