I'm a 13 year old girl that wants to lose belly fat fast!! I want 2 lose it before I go swimming. I know it might be cutting it close but any help.

I'm 15, male. All i have is belly fat, nowehre else on my body, but some toning won't hurt. i can only workm out at home, for reasons i'd rather not share. i cant even go for a run or bike ride or anything, and won't b able to for a while. i have light and heavy dumbbells. can u please give me a workout i can do at home in order to lose my belly fat, and put on more muscle. How do you lose belly fat fast?

like i drinkk water when i eat and my friends say that if you do that it makes your stomachh big
so i guess its actually that problemm because usually i dont eat alot, but i eat fast food sometimes
and i cant really control my diet and everything because i eat asian food.
and i wanna lose belly fat but im not sure if its belly fat or not. my friends says say if i drink water with a meal that causes your stomachh to get bigger
im not sure if its true or not because i do that alot and my tum tum is big
and i cant really change my diet/ meal

so can you give me a wayy that i can lose my belly fat without changing my diet?

I really need to lose my belly fat. My belly is the only place that has quite a bit of fat. I want to be able to see a difference in 2 weeks. Probably not a HUGE difference, but maybe a tiny difference. I heard that sit-ups only help build muscle, not burn fat. I want something I can do in my house to lose the fat… But remember, I said that it's my belly, not my legs, or arms or anything that needs a work out. Is there really anything possible to lose weight fast, inside my house? I'm guessing no… but help!

Im not overweight.I like everything on my body besides my belly fat and the fat on my sides.I dont want to get abs though just a flat tummy.i also have a swim party coming up im 2 months and need to lose it by then.please help ASAP.

I'm 16 and 6ft tall, and not overweight, but I have an annoying inch of belly fat that stops me from getting a six pack. I've got decent abs underneath I think, but the fat stops them from showing through.

I don't want to tell anyone I'm trying to lose the fat, so I'm looking for just basic exercises to do around the house that can help. Sit ups wont get rid of fat, but I've been doing them for a while and will continue to do so

I have a punchbag if that helps. Will punching that help? If so, for how long each day?

Whats better to lose belly fat?

Treadmill or cross trainer?

I dont have to much belly fat but enough to cover my abs. I normally do the cross Trainer for 30Min's a day followed by various weights around the gym. Any advice?

How can i gain muscle, lose belly fat and get quicker results?

I go to the gym at least 4 days a week the past 2 weeks i went 5 and i have seen some results but i would like quicker results. every time i go i lift weights and run 1-2 miles or more. my goals are to get cut and gain a couple pounds of muscle and lose most if not all of my belly fat. I used an electronic body fat reader and it said 11% body fat, im thinking that's pretty good right. i'm 18 and I weight about 148 and am 5″7. i eat pretty good not great though. what could i do that will improve my results and so i can get to my goals fast.
